- Account information (name, email, workspace details) provided during setup
- OAuth tokens for Slack and HubSpot (encrypted at rest)
- Messages sent to Hubby AI within Slack
- Usage data (feature usage, message counts, error logs)

We use collected information to:
- Provide and maintain the Hubby AI service
- Process your CRM commands and queries
- Generate reports and scheduled automations
- Improve our service and fix issues

4. Data Security
We take data security seriously. All connections use TLS encryption. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. We do not store your raw HubSpot CRM data — we process it in real-time to fulfill your requests. Your data is never used to train AI models.
5. Third-Party Services
Hubby AI integrates with Slack and HubSpot. Your use of those services is governed by their respective privacy policies. We also use Anthropic's Claude API for AI processing — data sent to the API is not used for model training.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the service. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, we remove all stored data within 30 days.
